FEATURES

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Test circuits with power off.

2. Before use: check continuity tester operation by touching the metal tip and the alligator clip to each other. If the unit is operating properly the light inside the tester will glow. If the light does not glow, then replace the batteries.

3. Continuity test: To test for continuity, attach the alligator clip to the end of the circuit or the component to be tested and then touch the other end with the metal probe tip. If the circuit is continuous (shorted) then the light in the tester will glow. If the light does not glow, then the circuit is open.
